The North West (NW) 21st Century Leaders development program is the result
of collaboration between the NW Alliance of Chief Operating Officers and
the NW Leadership Academy to deliver this objective on behalf of NHS
Northwest.
The intention behind the Future Leaders program is to facilitate the next
generation of community health leaders whose task will be to facilitate
community based teams to deliver efficient, effective, and evidence based
community health services to patients. The leadership program will provide
a means for these "rising stars" to acquire the confidence, competencies
and mindsets necessary to become world class community health leaders and
respond creatively and competently to the challenges facing today’s
integrated NHS.
The NW Alliance is looking for a capable provider to deliver a Leadership
Development Programme to a cohort of up to 80 delegates through training
sessions to be delivered in various locations across the NW area. This
programme will be aligned to the Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF) and
is to be delivered within 6 months of the commencement date.
We invite expressions of interest from training providers to deliver this
service on behalf of the NW Alliance. The tender documentation will be
available on the following website from August 6th

The NW Alliance would like to invite potential providers to attend a
pre-tender presentation day. This will include a Q&A session with members
of the project board and advice on how to complete and submit your tender
response. The presentation day will take place at Regent House, Heaton
Lane, Stockport, SK4 1BS on August 5th. Please contact
