This contract is for the provision of servicing, maintenance and repair to
existing CCTV systems their enhancement as well as the provision and
installation of new CCTV systems. The systems are currently used but may
not be limited to assisting in the security and management of services
such as Housing Management, Public Spaces, Traffic Management and Car
Parking as well as Building Security such as the Civic Offices and the
Guildhall in Portsmouth.
The initial contract period will be for three (3) years with an option to
extend for a fourth (4th) and fifth (5th) year.
Formal expressions of interest will be by the way of completed PQQ.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope
The scope will include but may not be limited to the designing, installing
and maintaining of:
1) Control room and control systems
2) IP based CCTV LAN/WAN’s
3) Integration of IP based systems with legacy analogue CCTV systems
4) Deployment of high quality wireless CCTV systems as well as maintaining
current equipment and systems.
5) The facility to diagnose and repair network based systems both during
and outside normal working hours.
6) The work also includes the servicing maintenance of DVR’s and the
ability to diagnose software and system faults remotely.

Range between 1 725 000 and 2 875 000 GBP

The project includes the provision of servicing, maintenance and
installation of CCTV systems owned and managed by Portsmouth City Council
covering the following areas:

The project will also include control room and control, IP based CCTV LAN

The initial contract period would be for three years with options to
