There will be 3 separate long term contracts, each for a duration of 5
years (with a possible provision to extend), for (1) fire safety equipment
servicing and repair, (2) servicing and maintenance of mobility
adaptations and (3) water hygiene services. Each contract will be entered
into by a number of social housing providers (so there will be a number of
clients party to the same contract) and a single contractor/service
provider. The contracts will operate primarily in the UK Midlands but
potentially in any part of the United Kingdom.

organisations are also intended to benefit from and to be entitled to
